Basically, this Korean fish cake doesn't have much taste, the majority made from flour, you have to borrow the flavor from the soup, I feel my primary school canteen's fish cake taste better than this.

Question: Hi my order number is 329919295. I have received the fish cake just 10 mins ago, It says in the instructions that item must be kept below freezing prior consumption.

I received the item in a package feeling warm, Is it going to be a problem? Or you have not kept in the freezer even prior sending to me? Would it affect the food? Will it turn bad?

We believe you may have been offended by the quality of the product, and we apologize first.

However, in principle, we keep it frozen until it is shipped. In addition, we usually provide ice packs with the delivery staff in mind that goods will arrive late due to delivery delays.

Therefore, we would like to inform you that there is no problem at all as the product was delivered within 3 hours. Therefore, we would like to tell you that you can keep the product frozen and eat it slowly.

Question: so you meant if the fish cake is not kept in freezer for 3 hours in Singapore weather of average 30C in your delivery van under the sun is ok? (Hope you are not assuming Singapore weather is like Korea), nevertheless, I will try it, if it really taste bad, be sure I will let you know!

Answer: We have nothing to relate with Q-xpress, so we are cautious to comment on delivery. However, we know the delivery man also have air conditioners turned on and carry iceboxes.

If the product is not exposed to room temperature for 24 hours, we would like to say it is usually considered okay.
