    Please use the skincare products in this order: lightest to heaviest

    toner -> serum -> cream

    The texture and the size of the molecule for these products are the main difference. Serum is more of a gel-like, easily absorbed texture which provide the skin with the effect intended to give for that particular range. As for the creams are thicker in texture, sealing and locking in moisture and nutrients. Using of these two products together can work productively and achieve maximized results.

    Still have occasional hormonal breakouts but my skin is calmer than before.

    I like to use my snail series now.
    How do I use? I have the cleanser and toner.

    What should I buy first?

    If you have a dry skin, we recommend you to go first with the cream/moisturizer. If that is not the case, we recommend our serum to be tried out first :)

    Our Snail and Miracle products may be used together. You may choose to combine Snail Truecica and Miracle products in 1 routine. For example, Snail Gel Cleanser -> Miracle toner -> Snail toner -> Snail/Miracle serum -> Snail/Miracle cream. Or you can use them separately: Miracle in the morning and Snail Truecica at night. :)

    Actually, our Galactomyces products can be used with other SOME BY MI ranges EXCEPT for MIRACLE AHA BHA PHA only. Meaning, it can be used with Snail Truecica, Yuja Niacin, Red Tea Tree, and Super Matcha series.

    Since our Galactomyces are brightening products, it is best recommended to be used during the night. If you wish to use it during the day as well, please do not forget to apply sunscreen after!

    As for our Super Matcha Clay Mask, it is to be used 1-3 time a week depending on your skin condition. If you have a sensitive skin, once a week will do :) We will be attaching an image on how to use our Clay Mask.

    Lastly for samples, we currently have samples sachets for our creams only.. We hope for your understanding. Thank you!
