    About Free gift.

    Sometimes we proceed free gift event. But due to the limited quantity, it could be out of stock earlier than the planned date.
    Free gift can be changed any prior notice and it can't be provided sometimes.

    Missing of free gift & damage of free gift can't be the reason for refund or exchange or resending of free gift.

    We have received some inquiries on delivery timing, amendment of option type and delivery address
    Also some customer leave a memo. But all the orders will be process based on registered information on Qoo10.

    So if any changes are needed, it should be done by re-ordering. All the orders are not able to be processed based on memo.

    And our courier partners delivers on their time schedule.
    So we are not able to guarantee the timing. And the memo will be ignored as the courier will not deliver on the timing you request.

    We will open tomorrow 23April at 9am (SG time) and you can place the order then.

    Please note upon ordering kindly opt for 6 quantity first then add on 6qty by 6qty at least 5 times to make it 30qty. For reference you may refer to the picture attached. We seek your understanding. Thank you.
