Netural	EXTREMELY LONG DELIVERY TIME. Took 2 weeks+! There was a lot of pain dealing on this item. Message function to communicate with seller is switched off. Had to resort to Q&A to get his attention. Ordered on 8/2. Arrived on 20/2 after much chasing daily. A lot of frustration dealing on this item as seller took more than a week to send item out. He probably did not even know until I posted on Q&A on 15/2 and immediately changed the status to “sent out” but he told me he will only send it out on 16/2. Hi can I check the status of the shipping? I ordered on the 8/2/21. Urgently need it before 19/2 but there had been no status update. I also sent you a message but there had been no respond. It states shipping is 5-7 days and it’s been a week.

** please update me if item is just shipped out from Korea or if it has reached singapore? It is getting increasingly frustrating as it is meant as a gift!
