    Yes I tried other electronic outlets. Can send you a video later and show you but there is no light on the power button after pressing in the button there is no light and it isn't working at all.

    Sorry but there's no steam coming out from the steamer. I've tired the cleaning system but no water came out even though the tank if full. And when I switch it back to the normal mode, no steam is coming out. Can you advise please. Thanks
