Question: I bought A02 on 24 Aug, as a gift for my parents. I tested the item briefly when it was delivered to ensure that it worked, then put it aside for when my parents visited at year end. The item was never used except for that brief testing. My parents just arrived and I handed it to them. To both our disappointment, it did not work. I thought that maybe the battery ran flat despite not being used for last 3 mths and charged it. Despite charging, I am still unable to turn it on. The charger light turned green but still no power.
Since I have not used this item at all, I feel like I received a faulty product.
What do you think the issue is? Is it the battery pack? Is it the charger? What cant It turn on? What are my options. Can I exchange this for another gun? I and my parents are very diasppointed.
