B Complexes have a strong smell as all Vitamin Bs have a strong smell especially if the B Content is high.
This B Complex with C in this promotion is not a very strong B Complex. Ther is a slight smell, but it is not that strong. The size of the tablet is as attached. Thank you.21st Century Official E-Store 2020-10-26

You can give this a try. This is a capsule so the B Complex smell is not that storng as compared to a tablet. However, if your facial spasm continue, it would be better that you take a stronger B Complex. Thank you.
