Received the fan and after installing, we found the light is faulty. It was blinking. Hence reached out to seller for replacement. Initially he was hesitant and after much followup he agreed. Then he has given a replacement light but it is not the original part. It was just a another LED light which you can get in market. Tired with the followup and after asking for explanation he offered me 10$ if I can accept the replacement light. I think it is not about the money but the way the post sales service has been handled is really disappointing. I would really appreciate if seller is more professional and provide a good after sales service.more review
