    Not very happy with the seller for delivering the wrong items. Bought 3 and turn out 2 is not the desig i ordered. Dont feel that the seller is honest enough and just sent out any items to fullfill and take money. Feel cheaped as the items cost more then $10 each.

    First of all, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy.

    A few month ago we had a meeting with factory to sell the hairband and started selling. But the factory is not supporting promptly our 5 biz delivery goal to customer. So we stopped to sell this hairband for a week to solve this issue and had a meeting again with factory seriously.

    The reason, that factory couldn't support the delivery on time, is that the material is not delivered on time.

    During a week meeting with factory, we finalized which materials can be delivered on-time and we can meet our goal to deliver the items to customer around 5 biz days if there is no issue in the carrier.

    So we re-listing the items based on that. During re-listing, the listing number (Type) is revised.

    You ordered HHB-008, 009,010 before re-listing.

    HHB-008 is same as HHB-006. But previous HHB-008 is Hard Band and Now HHB-006 is soft band. Design & Price is same.

    HHB-009 is removed, Now it is different HHB-009

    HHB-010 is same number as HHB-010.

    The revised number may make you confused and feel you spend much month.

    Please let us know if you have more question and inqury. (isa2430 or heeya0423 at naver.com).

    First Listing ( a few month ago )
    HHB-008 / Ivory, Gray, Indian Red (= Indian Pink)
    HHB-009 / Ivory
    HHB-010 / Ivory, Pink, Gray

    Re-Listing ( Current Listing ) after meeting with factory.
    HHB-008 / Mint, Ivory, Indian Pink
    HHB-009 / Beige, Gray
    HHB-010 / Gray, Ivory, Pink

    So it means that the order was placed in first list.

    Please see the attached file for summary to understand it easily.

    Anyhow we couldn't think this kind of confusion happened, when we re-list the item with changing the order number. It is lesson learnt for our shop.

    We feel very sorry to make you confused. So please let us know what you want? refund or exchange.

    When i ordered it is not in any relisting. You should check your items when dispatch. How can you relist the items after customer had bought it.

    i need a full refund for all items. And let ur couries service to collect back all 3 items after the refund shown in my credit card bill.
