    Brought this newly purchased Blackvue Power Magic Pro to my car workshop for installation. After all the wires are connected, the device is found not working as the light on it did not light up! The technician then borrowed another new set from another workshop and tested it with the same wires connect to my car. The light on this device lights up. It is concluded that the wires are connected correctly and are fine. Problem lies on the device set that I have bought. Brought back this defective set after the technician puts everything back.
    As my wife is the one purchasing the set, I call her to change this deceptive set with your side. Unfortunately, I am told that I need to show a video and picture in order to exchange! Who the hell will video down the installation process in the car workshop???
    As my car urgently need this device to prevent my car for not starting, why will I want to change the set if it is working well??
