    In this case, we have to purchase a new set just because of the wire? Looks like you have to improve your quality as the button/wire cannot last that long and you don't support with accessories parts. LED is supposed to be lasting but your parts aren't. I will have to buy from other seller as reliable is an issue with your product.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We rarely had such issues with our LED Mask so we have not considered that option. Could you send us the video of the wire you're referring to?

    If the mask is not functioning due to bad connection and/or buttons malfunctioning after examining it, we will send you a replacement.

    I've send you 2 videos - 1 video shows the LED could not be lit up despite many times of trying to turn on. Another video show after it manage to lit up, the lights turns off automatically sometimes after few seconds and occasionally it stay longer for a minute and then it turn off again

    Hi, thanks for the wire and I've received it today. But after testing, it is still not working. Is it because of the wire or the face mask issue as the red, bkue and orange led light could not be light up?

    Hello. We're glad to hear that you've received the wire.

    As for the mask, we do not recommend using portable battery to operated the mask. The mask needs over 10W of power output in order for it to operate properly.

    Please check the mask using the proper outlet and see if it's causing the same problem. Thank you
