Exchange/Return Policies
Process for exchanging
1. Please send a Qpost inquiry with the affected order number together with photo evidence. a. Qpost inquiry can be sent from Qoo10 app -> recent orders -> contact seller. b. Item listing page -> Question and answer -> Email Inquiry
2. Evaluation will be done within 2 working days
3. Buyers will need to send the item back for evaluation.
4. Once evaluated:
a. For Exchange, Replacement will be send via registered mail
b. For Refund, refund will be processed after evaluation
Exchange requirements
· Buyer will need to provide the order number
· Photo evidence of the (defective) item
· Must be within 7 Days from Delivered/Collection Date
* FlyDigital House reserve the rights to reject any exchange or refund for opened or used product.
