Opt for normal singpost mail and paid $1.50 for postage. As per pictured, seller did not use sufficient postage for my order. Luckily out of goodwill singpost still delivered my iten otherwise it would be a hassle if i need to go post office to collect and top up the missing postage amount. This is a blunder that can be avoided. As a company that sells things. Im certain you would know how much postage is needed to mail the items out. Having insufficient postage is ridiculous especially so when you charges the customer mailing fees.more review

Received fast but different from my previous order. Its not packed in box. Just sent like as per pic. No plastic no box.. I change the mop cloth once a month. Wash daily after every use
