    We are sorry for giving you wrong info for charger cable. Item refund can be done through cancelling & refunding the current order by returning back the original no. of item you initially ordered back to Qoo10. Please upload photo/video evidence in order to be eligible for the refund. please reply to this message with said evidence attached.

    There will no return fee being deducted from the refund as this is the fault of the seller/ delivery service. Once again, we apologized.

    If you choose to proceed, kindly go to your My Qoo10 > View All Orders > Cancel/Refund page > select the order that you wish to exchange and click on [Return]. Complete the process for returning the item, and Qxpress will arrange for the damaged goods to be picked up and returned to us the next following day between 10am to 7pm
