Answer: Hi,1) the battery is unable to take out. 2) The battery life is depent on wind level, if you use level 1 yes it can last 10-12 hour. 3)P9S size is when fold is 197x197x93mm, Stretch size is 97x197x975mm..4) The item is not brand.Thank you.

Question: Hi I received my P10 but there is not operation guide in it. Is there any?

1) I on the fan and realise the wind fan will diminish in strength after few seconds and go back to normal again and then diminish in wind strength again. How can I make it consistent wind strength ( rather than big wind to slow wind and big again)?

2) I try charge the fan but there is no light indicator whether it is charging or not or whether the charging is full?

Answer: Hi, P10 fan have 4 gear wind speed level 1-level 4 and level 4 is natural wind, that why it will slow wind and big. For charging indicator light , when you plug in the cable the light will start blinking. When fully charge the 4 white light will stay not blinking. Thank you.
