Ordered on 30 Nov 2020 and received on 1 Dec 2020 in good condition. Washing machine works well. Cannot adjust the spin speed. No memory function. Need to manually turn knob to stop then back to desired washing programme, adjust water temperature each time.

Very disappointed when delivery man say I’ve to top up $15 for the water inlet hose that’s incompatible with current BTOs tap. Seller should have indicate the type of water inlet hose provided clearly on the website, else there’s no transparency at all. In the end I’ve got it done myself by purchasing a hose at $6.90 at hardware shop. Price of washing machine is same as Harvey Norman.more review
