Any change of mind from buyer's end:
Would like to change to other available products or does not want the item anymore.
Item must remain in their intact condition, or otherwise unused with their original packaging/tags/labels/seals attached.
Provide picture of the item to seller end.
Shipping fee will be incurred from buyer's end.
If item has been open, it will have a lower price, refund will be lower up to 40% of purchase price depending on physical condition.
We reserve the right to reject the return item if item returned without full accessories and original packaging.

Submission of claims:
Any return of exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receiving of the item.
Any shortage of item or wrong item received:
Provide picture of the item contents within the parcel package.
Provide picture of the parcel package with the delivery information.

Can I choose a delivery date for my item?
For larger items, e.g. fridge / wine cooler / washing machine / hood&hob / TV exceeding 40 inch, we can arrange for a delivery date.
For smaller items, e.g. microwave oven / fan etc, we regret that we cannot accommodate for a delivery date. Item will be delivered by courier 2-10 days after order is placed.Audio House
