Please do a partial refund at least 70% of my payment to my card used to make this payment previously as advised by your other customer service colleague.
And i have already informed your colleague when he/she gave me the option. i opted partial refund but suddenly you arranged for pick up for return?! And i don’t know what will happen to my parcel if i return to you too, when there are no replies. And messy replies too. Maybe return my goods and no refund from you too i do not trust you after so many weeks of waiting for a solutions. Please do a partial refund!
