Question: Rice delivered on 8 sep. Yesterday I found rice weevils in it in both opened and unopened pkts. Only 2 months since I receive it. Stored in a cool dry place. Only opened 1 pkt out of the 4 pkts received. Cooked rice doesn't even smell fragrant. Need a partial refund if not exchange. I suspect the rice is not fresh and has been stored for a long time before delivered to me even though expiry date is May 2022.
