the knife polisher kept popping out at the slightly movement. had to tape it to stop it from jumping out. Is it supposed to be like this??

Item is ok but no instructions about using it. Asked seller several times regarding whether need to switch of the disinfect buttons manually because it will not turn off automatically. Is being more than a week now but still no reply. I wondered if other buyers have the same issue that I am having. Hope they will give an answer soon.

Prompt delivery and item received in good condition. Tried out for 1 week before commenting. All is well just that the dryer function is not what I expected, it’s more of hot air dryer type and not noisy at all.
