    About Free gift.

    Thanks for your support all the times.

    Sometimes we proceed free gift event. But due to the limited quantity, it could be out of stock earlier than planned date.
    Free gift can be changed any prior notice and it can't be provided sometimes.

    Missing of free gift & damage of free gift can't be the reason for refund or exchange or resending of free gift.

    We have received some inquiries on delivery timing, amendment of option type and delivery address
    Also some customer leave a memo. But all the orders will be process based on registered information on Qoo10.

    So if any changes are needed, it should be done by system. All the orders are not able to be processed based on memo.

    And our courier partners delivers on their time schedule.
    So we are not able to guarantee the timing. And the memo will be ignored as the courier will not deliver on the timing you request.

    Can I use the Gong 100 washer cleaner for my Eco Drum Clean function .....just pour in n let e machine do the work?

    Thanks for your inquiry.
    We are not so sure about the Eco drum clean function.

    Important thing is that you need to soak the laundry machine around 1 hour and need to rinse it.

    If the function has soaking and rise function, you can use it :)
    If not, you can just use wash mode & soak for 1 hour & rise

    Every machine has different function mode, so you'd better check with the manufacturer for more details about function.
