    hi there the app can be used to view live video as well as recorded video. the recording is on the memory card that in inside the camera. the memory card is separately purchased and depending on how big the memory card is, you can record up to 6.5 days on a 64GB memory card.

    hi there, for the Xiaomi cameras, there are only 3 models. for the Tuya smart cameras, we currently only have 1 model left and moving forward we will streamline to only 2 models for Tuya (excluding doorbells)

    All of them can connect with Google WiFi.

    Hi, we tried many times to reply to this message but the Q10 app'prevented the message from going out. We are out of stock for Xiaomi rotating cameras and moving forward we are only selling the IMILAB cameras that work with Xiaomi APP.

    Hello sorry for the late reply. We tried replying to this question many times but the replies doesn't get posted. We ran into problems because we thought we had stocked Global version of the camera in our latest incoming stock but it turns out that we received Chinese ones, cannot use for Singapore. We had to return our stock some days ago. We have English/Global ones coming in a couple of days and once we receive it we will send it out. If that works for you, we will fulfull this order if that doesn't work, we will cancel your order so that you get your refunds.
