    What are the risks if I opt for Normal Mail instead of Qxpress?

    1. No tracking available. There is very little that we can do once item is dispatched via SingPost normal mail since we have completely no visibility. 2. Rate of lost mail is 2% - 4%, which is very high. Don't be one of the unlucky 2%. You can avoid this via shipping with tracking. i.e. Qxpress. 3. Only around 50% of non-delivery shall receive notice slip from SingPost. A lot will need to check at nearest SingPost branch without the slip to recover their item. 4. In any case, for normal mail, we will not be responsible for any loss of mail.

    For defective/wrong item/item not receive, please send a video or a photo of it at support@jiji.sg so that our team can assess it and assist you. Please also include order number. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

    As this chat could not upload big files videos, we do need clarification through videos when it comes to some of the cases, and also verifying issues directly with the customers. And on our end, we will need to keep a record in our email on all the exchange and refunds. This email datas will be store for years for accounting, warranty purposes.

I called, emailed n wrote here and all u said is already answered inquiry. What is your answer? Can u write it HERE? There is no email or call or system update from u at all.
