Some products will be delivered with the product box or sealing of packaging opened.
It's in order to check if there is any initial defect of the product and if there are any missing components.

if you want to get service,You will need to first send us the product in issue so we can process your claim.
In case you discover any defects in the product within 14 days from your purchase date: you may request for a return or replacement and the shipping cost will be paid by the seller.
For items that have passed the 14-day threshold: buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost/ repairs will be provided free-of-charge within 1 year from date of purchase/no returns / for items that were purchased over a year ago or that were damaged by the buyer, repairs can be requested but will be at the expense of the buyer.
