Received dented boxes.( As pic ) Order 11 nov 2019, received 07 dec 2019. Another items out of stocks, was informed on 28 Nov 2019, will ship out the week or a week after. But received email of my order cancellation on 05 Dec 2019 from seller and process for refund. Unfair for buyer to keep waiting.

Waited super long. And when asked their svc centre why the system showed delivery date as 31 jan 2020. Cust svc officer said "pls show us print screen. We r waiting patiently" super sacarstic. The mgt should review their cso attitude. This is already the 2nd bad encounter. :(
