    My order number is 305969158. Ordered back in October 2019 this year. I only started using it recently after my previous original one was used up. Unfortunately i do not have a picture of my chapped lips and i’m not planning to use back your product just to take the picture as ‘proof of evidence’. It is what it is, i hope you guys can be more honest in your business dealings.

    i genuinely hope you can be fair to us also, since your order was made 3 months back, and i have no issues with other customer having such issues, and to be honest you are the first that came to us saying this thus we will need some evidence of your chapped lips, and not just your plain words, you see. so we can check with HQ what is the cause, since the lipstick is made from beeswax, and you said you used your previous ones and had not such issues, thus we have concerns ya.
