    About Free gift.

    Dear Customer,

    Thanks for your support all the times.

    Sometimes we proceed free gift event. But due to the limited quantity, it could be out of stock earlier than the planned date.
    Free gift can be changed any prior notice and it can't be provided sometimes.

    Missing of free gift & damage of free gift can't be the reason for refund or exchange or resending of free gift.

    We have received some inquiries on delivery timing, amendment of option type and delivery address
    Also some customer leave a memo. But all the orders will be process based on registered information on Qoo10.

    So if any changes are needed, it should be done by re-ordering. All the orders are not able to be processed based on memo.

    And our courier partners delivers on their time schedule.
    So we are not able to guarantee the timing. And the memo will be ignored as the courier will not deliver on the timing you request.

    We apologized for this and we would like to offer a 50% partial refund. As long as there is smell, the item is still effective.

    However if you would like to order again next time please put a memo I don't mind the design just want Dec expiry product

    Thank you for the refund, but I would prefer to do an exchange for items with a later expiry date eg Dec 2021.
    It doesn't make sense to keep items that will be expired when I use.

    I have tried using expired ones that I forgot I had. The smell is not pleasant and it's not effective. I got bitten by mozzies - they refused to go off and I couldn't sleep. When I open a new pack that has many months on the expiry, the mozzies disperse very fast.

    Please let me know the address to mail to you and confirm how we can exchange.

    We apologize we mislook the date of expiry for the current Bikit guard that we have. For now we do not have one that is with longer expiry date hence we would like to offer you a refund for this.
