Question: Hi seller, I received your product a few days ago, but I found it cannot stick to my sink because one of the suction cups is bent when it arrived, so that suction cup keeps falling off. I tried to change the position of the 2 cups, plus try to bend it backwards to force it back into original shape but cannot. The other suction cup is fine and sticks well to the sink. Pls see photo I attach, another close up photo will send in another enquiry, since can only attach one photo per enquiry. Is it possible for you to send me replacement of just one suction cup? But actually, you should provide some basic protection when you send out the item, such as bubble wrap or cardboard backing, to minimize damage to item during delivery. Of course it's a risk that items can be mishandled by Singpost during delivery process, but many sellers protect their items well so as to reduce this risk. This is basic service seller should provide, so you are lacking in basic service to customer. It doesn't mean because item is cheap buyers don't mind when they receive damaged item.
