    About Free gift.

    Sometimes we proceed free gift event. But due to the limited quantity, it could be out of stock earlier than planned date.
    Free gift can be changed any prior notice and it can't be provided sometimes.

    Missing of free gift & damage of free gift can't be the reason for refund or exchange or resending of free gift.

    once dispatch/shipping date is updated, our guys engage in packing and dispatch process to delivery company.

    We have received some inquiries on delivery timing, amendment of option type and delivery address
    Also some customer leave a memo. But all the orders will be process based on registered information on Qoo10.

    So if any changes are needed, it should be done by system. All the orders are not able to be processed based on memo.

    And our courier partners delivers on their time schedule.
    So we are not able to guarantee the timing. And the memo will be ignored as the courier will not deliver on the timing you request.

    Today the driver return your item to us.
    Please refer to the product. The package was seriously damaged...

    So If you agree that we will deduct 27SGD then will do refund. delivery(22SGD) and repackage fee(5SGD).

For your info, I am not too sure, why the courier man after collecting from me will take more than 2 weeks to return back to u when it is within singapore and also I only opened up the top to take the thing out, wasn't that seriously damaged .     Hi,

    We asked our logistic guy. They told us the item seems that, already used. We had to look into this case so it took a time. The courier service is not controllable.

    As we informed you earlier, the item should be same as original condition. But please check the attached file. This item is already installed and the pipes are already damaged. If you told us, you have already installed it, we wouldn't accept to refund it.

    Please check it. With this condition, we are not able to refund it.
    This is not just to avoid refunding. We have already order the package. We just wanted to refund without hassle. But this is not right. We tried to help you as your have already agreed that your ordered this product wrongly.

    This is fine. Because sometimes we do mistakes. But If you have already assembled it, you should have told us.

    Please check the conversation we discussed. In case of dressroom, the replacement fee will be very high. And you will keep doubting.

    We try to understand you even when you say that you will file this complain to related organization.

    Please bring this product back. If you are not agree with this, you can raise a complain to Qoo10. We haven't checked the all the pipes for the replacement fee. This is quite unpleasant. Please update us.

    If you didn't open up the box, It's fine. But during delivery, the outer package is quite damaged. We need to change it's package.



    Whether you open or not, it's up to you if you are willing to pay for it. But please don't assemble it. Once you assemble it, replacement fee will be occurred. Please just return to us if you don't product to avoid additional charges.



    Please let us know you final decision We will arrange a courier service to collect it back..

    I got another doubt after reading the reply. U charge $10 for re packing the good. If I didn't open up, why will u need to charge another $10? But anyway if that is the policy, I am fine with that. I have opened up the top part of the box to take out the item to see, no issue with the item, just that I ordered the item wrongly, it can't fit into my room this request your kind assistance to refund ASAP.

    - Round trip shipping fee is around 21SGD +

    - repacking for Dressroom 4 tier is 10SGD..



    2. If you have already opened, we are not able to refund.

    Hi I will proceed to file a complaint to Qoo and all the related organisation CASE if needed. I ordered n received the item,the next day I already asked for refund. I only opened up the item to check it out, but didn't damage the pipes. Can u kindly explain how did I damage it. And by the way the whole box is placed inside the storeroom without touching since day 1 till a month later when the courier man came collect, if totally cannot refund,I m alright to accept n I will maybe pass it to others or sell online the next day purchased. Now item is passed back n fro a few times, n in the journey I do not know what happened to the item. From my end, I only opened up n take out to see. I do admit I tore the box up, other than that item are intact. The most terrible thing is this thing is left hanging there for a month plus. Please kindly advise what will be done before I proceed to take the next necessary action. Sorry for inconvenience caused

    Please check attached file. We don't mean leaving at your place for 1 month. The pipes are scratched. It seems like someone fixed up. Because it can't be like that without fitting pipes.


    - Round trip shipping fee is around 21SGD
    - repacking for Dressroom 4 tier is 5SGD..
    - Scrached pipes : 2 pieces X 8 SGD = 16 SGD. 2 pieces extensions : 5 SGD.

    This is the price we can get our supplier. So total, you need to pay 37SGD. Please let us know. We don't mind that you file up to Qoo10. Please check the photo and update us.
