    QX quick orders:

    If QX quick delivery passed desired shipping date/time, when customer isn't around, we will not be able to send a reshipping request on our end.
    QXquick orders that does not fit the shipping requirement, it will be changed to QXpress standard courier services automatically.

    If items ordered are out of stock, qxpress will not be able to deliver the items, shipping will be changed to a later date of delivery, at the same timeslot.

    Hi, as per Seller advise i chosen delivery Qprime today paid at $3.99 and requested delivery date to be on 6 Feb 2021 12pm to 3pm. Why the item was delivered today 1 Feb 2021 and in the morning around 10.40am instead? Didnt Qprime read and follow the date we requested? Then why am i paying more?

    That was meant for a surprised event on 6 Feb 2021.
    N it was lucky that the store boss was in the shop to received. It is 2 different thing.

    I had called qdelivery hotline, i was told it was a general mistake that the driver scanned out the parcel & realised date to be delivered was 6 Feb 2021. So they tried to call the recipient if anyone to received. So fortunately the recipient was earlier in their store on Monday . Their store weekdays operating hours was after 8pm only.
    Although the recipient received the parcel, but it was a totally 2 different thing. Because i paid $3.99 wanted the parcel to be delivered on 6 Feb 2021 12pm to 3pm STRICTLY ONLY. Am i right?

    Dear Seller, Qxpress had already agrees to refund on the shipment i paid which is $3.99. Currently pending for their upper level to sign for approval and they will refund the $3.99 to you and from you, you will have to do the refund to me.
