As mentioned in the earlier text, as you have opted for Singpost Normal Mail, we are unable to trace or track the exact location of your parcel, or what has caused the delay of your parcels.
Your parcel was sent out on the 28th December 2018 morning.
Please check your letterbox for the parcel, and also do check if theres any slip of paper from Singpost stating to collect the parcel from the post office. If parcels are too big for your letterbox, the postman will usually leave a note to ask you to collect from nearest post office.
