    Since we put up normal mail delivery risk and keep encourage buyer to use only Qxpress if cannot take risk or rather you don't buy so sure 100% there is Qxpress option.
    We all see all sort of people giving us problem lately. We have even invite Qoo10 to step in investigate and we have know the outcome. Make this very simple if you cannot find or die die also cannot find or use Qxpress and unhappy with normal mail Please do not buy from our shop. We had enough of people just because not happy everyday come and scold us, threaten and even insult us. Please do not force us we will take all the SS evidence and report to the police and if needed we will take legal action.

    Dear Customer, we have explain normal mail delivery is a non standard mail parcel which delivery may take up to 4weeks for the unlucky one. But many cannot believe or accept this. Please note if you select normal mail delivery it will mean you have accept the normal mail policy and in the event of long delay you are willing to wait. If no kindly please choose Qxpress. Qxpress is very cheap courier door to door delivery which cost only $3.99 and fast delivery leadtime 1-2days (Include Sat/Sun) unlike other courier delivery eg taqbin $7 lead time 2-3 days (Include Sat/Sun) Its come with tracking number so no worries no headache no lost track.
