Received in good condition. As per previous buyers, be prepared to wait for a little longer shipment time. Tried the first time, can feel slight tightest around pelvic side area, ok to wear on its own on normal night, on cold night might need to wear a pant over it.

About the item which you attached photo,
it is not thick and the material is not effective to warm.
I also have this item. I use it in all season.
There are compression on ankle, calf and thigh.
There is not compression on the blue line which you circled. The soft net supports your knee to move easily.
However we also have cool tights of MediQutto.
The item code:a99603156 is made of cool touch fabric.
We recommend it to wear in humid season.

The line of knee is soft knitted fabric.
