    Hi it was initially pending s we could not do a partial refund however we did a full refund to you sometime back. Kindly understand that we have many enquiries to handle too. We do not hold any of your monies with us. Any non-receipt claim submitted by customer, payment will not be released to us. We have already processed your refund sometimes ago. Sorry that we have made a mistake. Please check with qoo10 for the claim as we do not hold your payment. We have already processed your claim. Thank you.

    I knew u changed the status from returned to delivered. Why like that . It shouldn't be right?????

    We understand your frustration, However please also understand that we do not allow refund and refund as stated in our listing. For your case we allowed it. Qoo10 system has its limitation, when customer filed for claim, we have to acknowlege it while waiting for the item to be returned to us. When order is received at the begining we have to put order confirm and update it accordingly if it is shipped out, it is not within our control to just take out or add any orders as we like. As expalined, once customer file for claim, we dont get paid a single cent. For your transaction, a fee is deducted from us even if you file for refund. That was why we told you that a fee has to be deducted from the total sum you have paid. However, qoo10 replied we were not able to do so as the claim is due for some reasons. Therefore we had indeed at our end, acknowledged the refund to be processed. How Qoo10 refund to you, we are not able to tell you as we do not know how they do it.

    Please provide us with your order number again and let us write to them as we no longer can view your order details here. We have no intention to hold your monies as it does us no benefit.. Your payment is made to qoo10 not to us. Anyway, to cut it short, let's get this sorted out soonest by providing us with your order number and details. We do our business with integrity and honesty otherwise we would not have told you we have received your returned item. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you
