Question: Hi, is the inside of the lid cover completely stainless steel or mixture of stainless steel and plastic like the outside? If got plastic, it will give a terrible smell as my old kettle did. Please advise. Thanks.

The interior body and the inside of the lid cover is made of 304 stainless steel. There is no odour. this kettle comes with a double-wall system, the insulation is better and the water stays hot for a longer time.

Question: I understand from my research that a lot of 304 stainless steel cordless kettle has a high level of manganese steel. Can you pls advise whether your 304 is food grade safe, free of manganese steel
and rust proof? Likewise, the same food grade safe 304 that is free of manganese steel is used for the kettle cap and sprout.

May I know too how long does it take to boil. I am very keen in your product and would greatly appreciate your advice.

we are using the 304 food grade stainless steel for our kettle. The inner body and the inside of the lid are made with 304 stainless steel.

it takes less than 10mins to boil the water.

Can you kindly take a picture to show the interior please? I've bought a cordless kettles that claimed to be made of stainless steel but when I checked its interior, it has certain connective parts that are made of plastic material. I need your confirmation on this.
