- Hi, S10 MAX is the 17kPA battery that we have sent to you but it does not fit with your vacuum. We have the black version of the current battery you have, the black model is the latest model for the current S10 that we have in stocked. we are unsure if it fits in your model as your model could be the older models.

- One look you know that it totally doenst fit the vacuum cleaner. that why I want to confirm else it will not be convinient just to get the battery at IMM, far from where I live. so looks like the product that I purchased does not have the battery replacement support anymore? your technical support team should be able to help in this case
