    I had already ordered almost 2 weeks in advance as this was a gift and i needed to receive it by 22 Nov. So I paid $4 more to specify my available time on 15 Nov as I was free for the whole day on 15 Nov. Then, the delivery was not made and I was told that delivery would be made the next day 16 Nov. I waited for the delivery and even pushed my other commitments back by an hour just to wait for the deliveryman till 2PM but still no delivery

    I will not be making a purchase from you again. You have to know that your service is very bad, I'm not sure if you operate as a company or as an individual seller, but there is completely no flexibility in the way things are done. Throughout this whole transaction I have been very understanding and patient as long as I receive my order. But up till now, excuses have been made and I still do not have my item. And excuse me, just because the order has been cancelled (by Qoo10), I will have to submit a purchase order again, but the promo is over so I will have to bear the extra costs when it was not my fault in the first place. What is this? On the 3 occasions where I was promised of delivery, I waited, and I do not receive it. So at the end of the transaction, it is only me who have to bear the consequences? When I expressed my dissatisfaction, there is absolutely no effort in making things easier, all I was told was to wait for another delivery. You give an excuse and just expect the customers to wait like a fool. Mind you, I am paying for your product and I am not free enough to be waiting around for the delivery the whole day. If there were no stocks in the beginning, then you should have just said so and not made me wait for a week, when I could have taken that one week to buy from other sellers. And who do I have to blame? Of course only myself, since the seller has no responsibility and accountability to be responsible for their tardiness and actions.
