    About Our Returns Policy

    To begin a return, FIRST, Please cantact us.

    Exchanges
    If you would like to exchange an item, return the unused/sealed purchased product to us within 7 days, we'll deduct the postage cost from your refund amount.

    Refunds
    Once we receive your returned package, we will send you a confirmation email. At that point, a refund will be issued to you for the amount paid for your item(s) using your original payment method. We do not accept refund requests for order exceeds 7 days.

    Damaged products
    If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please take a quick cell-phone picture of the issue and contact us.

    Exchange / Refund Period
    Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

    What we will not do
    We will not pay shipping, insurance or transportation charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties and taxes.
    Shipping
    The shipping fee for returning the product back will be paid by the customer and is non-refundable.

    Hi I received the splatoon version of the controllers but once it is paired the buttons are sometimes not responsive.

    Observed a lag and sometimes the button controls don’t work when pressed even when the control is paired with the switch.
