Customer service in Parisilk was very helpful when I called for enquiry. Delivery was ahead of estimated date - good. The new cable was a bit shorter than my old Bosch machine ended I had to get an extention plug. However the delivery men from Parisilk were very impatient and temperamental, one of them even raised his voice when talking to me. I have to tell him to calm down because I need some times to check if the installation was proper and the machine is not damaged. The machine is user friendly and basic operations are quite similar to my old one. Good value for money.more review
