Washing machine supposed to come between 5 to 8pm. But came at 8.30pm without informing. Installation was terrible. Very bad service!! Didnt install properly and threw away the bottom tray without asking. Luckily we went to recycling bin area the next morning to dispose plastic bottles. Saw a new black panel wrapped inside the washing machine box. Found out it was meant to be the bottom panel for the NEW washing machine ordered from a reputable store.
