    Not suggest to drink directly although Singapore water is safe. It’s because this model will filter the chlorine and odors but not killing the bacterial. Thank you. I am sorry that I have no other model to recommend you. Thank you.

    Hi seller thanks i this i missed the rubber at the white connector and now tighten but i need to remove the blue stopper? means everytime open the water will flow out from both sides?

    Hi, you need to remove the blue stopper and throw it away once you start to use it. Only the water come out from the filter cartridge has been filtered. Thank you.

    hi sorry so when i take out the blue stopper then only the water flow out from stopper that area is filtered? but no way to only allow 1 area to flow water out? if i need to fill my kettle then i collect water from the flitered area (left side) then right side let it flow? sorry abit confused cos first time using

    On the right hand side, you can select which type you want to use. Only when you select the Blue one the water will come out from the filter cartridge (the blue cap hole).
