    There is a recent bad review on 2 out of the 3 boxes you delivered to the customer were open.

    How do you ensure this wont be the case for future deliveries?

    1-2 out of 100 is bad review.
    Our products are very successful products.
    All products are original products, and box opening due to the weight of other products during delivery is really hard to predict from the seller side.
    If you use another box, you will lose because of the price increase.
