Customer service is excellent! My machine broke down and needed replacement urgently. She recommended me other models with stock when the one I wanted could only be delivered in 4 days and I got my washer in 2 days. This washer is quiet and easy to use. Can auto detect the load so we just put in our laundry and press start. Good!
