Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We have explained to you that the arrival for the stock for this model was delayed from Supplier side due to the Lock down of Custom coz of Covid 19, and we have advise you to cancel your order if you required the machine urgently, so that Qoo10 will do the refund to you, as the funds of your purchase is not credited to us yet.
Your case is a very unfortunate case, but do understand that this is the last thing that we want our precious customer to go through.
Calling us a scam is harsh word and a serious matter though.
