    Sometimes we proceed free gift event. But due to the limited quantity, it could be out of stock earlier than planned date.
    Free gift can be changed any prior notice and it can't be provided sometimes.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your inquiry. This is not opened product and brand new items. Our factory makes this with a full-automated facility to avoid any contamination.

    So when the machine punches the packages, the punched package can be moved slightly naturally and then sealing machine paste the sticker.
    That’s why it looks like that. And due to this reason, many of manufacturer use non-transparent sticker to hide this issue.

    We discussed with our factory about this but we decided to keep this package. Because Soonsu brand aims not to hide anything like ingredients.

    We hope you understand this. And it’s brand new and not opened one. Don't worry about this. Thanks.

    Yes it's safe. But please this for temporary. Because tooth brush and proper face soap is better effectiveness :)
