I just bought the pump in Nov 2020. Only started using it in March 2021. I have sent you a private inquiry as the pump is faulty. The suction only works in massage mode, and not in expression mode. I would like to request for a refund or a new spectra S1 pump. The parts are working fine.
I need to resolve this soon as I really need the pump.
