All our products come with 14 days warranty unless stated otherwise at the respective listing.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with the product purchased for whatever reasons, you may return it within 14 working days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Below are the Term and Conditions:
- Returned item must be in its original condition.
- 14 working days are counted from the date you receive the merchandise. This date will be indicated on the Delivery Notice.
- Buyer will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning the item back to us.
- Delivery Charges are non refundable

Every month we have genuine cases of lost parcels via normal mail. Singpost will not compensate any lost parcel via normal mail since there is no tracking number.
Thus, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND to select registered shipping option (eg. Qxpress, Smartpac or Singpost Registered Mail) to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Normal Mail may be an affordable shipping option, however you will be exposed to the risk of damaged/lost orders.
Below are the news about the Singpost being fined by IMDA for failing to meet the service standards on the delivery time and also news about the postman being caught for throwing parcels into rubbish bin.

Why I have not received my normal mail parcel after 7 working days?
Normally Singpost normal mail will take 3-7 working days to reach (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) if no delay at Singpost side. However, we got a small portion of customers who received their parcel after 2-3 weeks due to the delay at Singpost. Thus, pls kindly wait further and you should receive it soon. Appreciate your patience and understanding that it is beyond our control on the Singpost delivery time.
