    No more free Qxpress over $35 purchase

    Dear Customers,

    In line with Qoo10 strategy, we will be changing all Qxpress shipping to Qprime shipping. Qprime offers customers at a lower Qxpress shipping fee and allows customers to combine any item purchase in Qoo10 website.

    Hi, we just need you to align the bra to judge, strap can be out if the bra is not align. This is just standard procedure on our end, to refund we need to have a good photo to proof its really a defect. Of course there is no reason to cheat us but again its a procedure on our end where we ourselves need to make sure its a defect before refund can be approve. Thanks.

    I spoke to Qoo10 and they understood by looking at my pictures.

    No matter how much I align this bra it cannot be the like the nice sample bra picture that you sent me, because the bra stripes of this bra are crooked, they cannot be aligned straight. This is also the reason why all my photos seem not well taken and the padding is protruding out because the bra stripes are not sewn straight! That simple.

    All the other bra stripes that I bought from you are fine, except this one. By the way, am I liaising with a woman? Have you ever worn a bra?

Your sample bra stripes are well sewn that is why the paddings are well placed and they do not protrude out, and there is no den on either sides of the bra.     Hi, padding is removable, why padding cannot be shifted to fill the gap?
    My attached photo with red circle is the edge of the bra, why you cannot shift this edge to the correct side and just take a photo?
    I dont think Qoo10 understand anything because this is not their product. Women or not we are just using simple logic, bra just need to place correct with all the edges at the correct place before we see the straps, simple as that.

    Removable padding bras are very common in the market now. I own a few of them. Not rocket science items. A bra is a bra, I believe Qoo10 women wear bras too.

    1) So now we confirm straps are inline with the bra, when the side are align, this is what we want to see first.

    2) Now you are saying there is a problem with the padding where it is a visible den on the left.

    Again with your understanding of removable padding, padding is movable without moving the bra. So what you have show us is the padding with a huge dent on the left, but why are you moving the padding all the way to the right. This of course will cause a dent on the left.
    Please see photo, red line is your padding position, green line is bra center, why are you not moving the padding to the center of the bra? I dont wear bra, maybe its rocket science, but I do understand alignment. Body is round not flat, why are you moving the padding to the edge where your breast is in the center?
    Take the padding out, place it on top of the bra in center with bra aligned like in the photo, then please explain to me the dent again?

You show up at our place, do the alignments in front of us and we video you for the entire process. The alignment standard should be the same as the other 3 bras. If the same, we clear your name. If different or you fail to show up, we will call you a liar. By the way, many other suppliers other than you. How about that?

    Hi, just take out the padding and put on top of the bra and explain the dent problem. Its our rights to make sure this is a defect before refund. We dont even understand why now we have to clear our names or even go down to your place when we are just asking for photos to proof the defect.
