    4. We harvest daily at the farm and import to Singapore upon order confirmed to ensure FRESHNESS. Our friendly driver will pick up your item upon arrival in Singapore and deliver it straight to your desired shipping address.

    5. Your item may be out of stock depending on the availability after harvesting or due to bad weather.
    Our friendly staff will contact you to inform you of the out-of-stock item and advise you on the next steps.

    6. As your vegetables and fruits are imported to Singapore daily, we are unable to replace any item if it is out of stock. We will arrange another delivery for FREE when your item is available. If you have any upcoming plans for your next order, do let us know and we can add the out-of-stock item to your next order instead. In the event that your out-of-stock item is not available anymore or you do not need it anymore, you can change your item with the same value or top up when necessary.

    What should I do when I received my order?

    When you received the order, you must remove all vegetables and fruits from the styrofoam box and check all items are correct and fresh. You have 24 hrs time to write to us if there is an issue. Once it's more than 24hrs, we reserve the right to reject any claim of spoil/rotten/damaged vegetables and fruits.
