    Hi, is the product suitable for vegetarian? Because i check the 21st century website. The label has a vegan capsule printed. But the one o received dont have. The bottle is not air tight sealed, n the cap is loosen. Is that normal?

    Dear Customer,

    The product is vegetarian. We are in the midst of updating our label to reflect this.

    In regards of bottle is not air tight sealed and the cap is loosen, may I know what do you mean that the bottle is not air tight sealed. It should have an aluminium foil over the bottle when you open the bottle. This foil makes sure that the bottle is sealed properly even if the cap is loose. Was the seal on the cap broken when you received the product? Can you send us an image of the bottle showing that it is not sealed so that we may investigate further.

    For the air tight part. When i open the bottle, there is no seal at all. I have took apic n attached .

    Yes, This is suitable for vegetarians.

    I do apologies for this. I shall revert back to our Quality Control section. We shall arrange to send you 2 bottles in exchange of the 2 that you received. Please return the 2 bottles to our delivery personnel as we would need it for our records. We shall also give you 2 bottles of hand sanitizers FOC.

    Dear Customer,
    Please be informed that our Quality control found that for this batch, the sonic sealing machine malfunctioned and so there are no aluminium seals for the bottles for this batch. There is no compromise on the quality of the vitamins as the cap was sealed. But we prefer our products to have the aluminium seal as well.

    Therefore, we wil not do an exchange with you. You can keep the 2 bottles that you had and we will also give you the 2 bottles for FOC.
